CBI arrests Bank Manager for accepting Bribe of Rs.8000 The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested the Branch Manager of the Central Bank of India, Gorakhpur Branch while accepting a bribe of Rs. 8000 from the complainant. CBI initiated a case against the Branch Manager of Central Bank of India, Gorakhpur Branch, Distt. Dindori (M.P.) on charges that the accused demanded a bribe of Rs.8000 from the complainant in order to release the sanctioned KCC loan of Rs.1,64,000. The CBI set a trap and captured the accused red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs. 8000 from the complainant. Searches are being undertaken at the accused's premises. Investigation is continuing
