The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), which is a national-level board of education in India for public and private schools, has recently released a notification regarding the 2023 Board examinations for 10th and 12th standards. The exams are now scheduled to be held in the month of February of the year 2023.

As per the information given in the official notice on the website, the public and private schools are now ordered to submit the list of the candidates (LOC) who are going to enroll for the board examinations next year. The schools are currently in the phase of registration for the board examination for the academic year 2022-23.

It is important for the readers to know that the last date for the registration for classes 9th and 11th is 30th September, whereas, for the 10th and 12th standards, the registration should be done before 31st August 2022. Here’s what the official notice of the CBSE board states: “It is to be informed that the last date for registration for class 9th and 10th is 30th September 2022 (Friday), and for the submission of the list of candidates enrolling in class 10th and 12th board exams, the last date was 31 August 2022.”

The board has also depicted that there will be no further extension permissible for the registration for the exams and LOC of the students. All the private and public schools will have to adhere to the mentioned deadline.

All of the schools that are CBSE affiliated will need to complete their registration process and submit the list of candidates before the last date. It will be the responsibility of the head of the institution to submit the list of candidates at the appropriate time. Once the deadline is passed, no further requests for an extension will be accepted by the board. Schools will need to log in using their user ID, password, and security pin for the registration of their students. The last date of the submission of data of students was 16th June.
