Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023: The Office of Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), New Delhi has called in/sought Applications from the Officers duly Eligible for Appointments on the 19 Posts on Deputation Basis including 01) Registrar, 02) Joint Registrar, 03) Principal Private Secretary, 04) Deputy Controller of Accounts, 05) Court Officer/ Section Officer, 06) Private Secretary, 07) Accounts Officer, 08) Assistant Library and Information Officer, 09) Assistant Section Officer, 10) Court Master/Stenographer Grade ‘C’, 11) Junior Accounts Officer, 12) Caretaker, 13) Stenographer Grade ‘D’, 14) Senior Accountant, 15) Junior Accountant, 16) Senior Assistant, 17) Junior Assistant, 18) Dispatch Rider, and 19) Photocopier respectively. According to the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 108 Vacancies to be filled up on Deputation Basis and Deputation or Re-employment Basis in respect of the Ex-Service-Men in different Departments of the Central Administrative Tribunals, Government of India, New Delhi. Duly completed Applications in respect of the Eligible Officers with Willingness should be forwarded through Proper Channel.
The Last Date in accordance with the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Notification to be forwarded by the Cadre Controlling Authority is 45 Days from issuance of the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Notification Dated 20th February 2023 issued in the Employment News. All 108 notified Posts shall be filled up by way of Deputation or Re-employment by the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued.
Only Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/High Courts, etc. holding the Posts with Requisite Eligibility specific to the Posts should apply through Proper Channel notified in the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Advertisement having been issued. As has been explained in the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Last Date for the Candidates’ Duly completed Applications with the Annexures is 45th Date post-issuance of the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Essential Eligibility:
The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/ Department/High Courts/Subordinate Courts with 03/05/08 Years of Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Levels 02/04/06/07/08 for the Posts other than 6th to 19th Posts AND Pay Matrix Levels 11/12/13 for 1st to 5th Posts Posts Registrar, Joint Registrar, Principal Private Secretary, Deputy Controller of Accounts, Court Officers/Section Officers; With
Desirable Qualifications:
i) Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree/Intermediate (12th)/Matriculation (10th) in possession; And
ii) Post-specific Proficiency and Experience.
Selection for Appointments on all 19 Posts shall be carried through by way of Deputation.
Period and Other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Tenure of Deputation shall span 03 (Three) Years.
According to the Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2023, Willing Candidates may apply in the Prescribed Application Format.
*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should submit respective duly completed Applications annexed with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) Dossier.
The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Names of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents ensuring receipt in the Office of Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal.
