Central Adoption Resource Authority Recruitment 2023: The Secretariat of the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has invited Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Joint Secretary Level) in the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) through this MoWCD Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.

The Names of Willing and Eligible Officers, who have been empaneled to hold Joint Secretary or Equivalent Posts at the Centre under the Central Staffing Scheme, may be recommended.
In case the Officers are currently on Central Deputation, their Nominations may be forwarded with the approval of the Minister-in-charge concerned.
Selection on Chief Executive Officer Post in the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) under the Ministry of Women and Chief Child Development on Deputation shall be carried through by Interview.
