In accordance with the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the post of Counselor FLCC, Faculty and Office Assistant at RSETI and Mandsaur/Ratlam.

Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the post of Office Assistant is below 35 years, for the post of FLCC is below 65 years and for the post of Faculty candidates should be in the age group of 20-40 years.

Qualification and Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For FLCC-

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University.

Desirable-

• Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centres / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Experience-

• Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
• He should have worked as Branch Manager on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
• He should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from his previous employer.
• Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Should have retired from Scale-II & above for FLCCs.
• Should be a resident of the M.P State, preferably the same or nearby district.

For Office Assistant-

• Candidates should be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of basic accounts& bookkeeping.

Experience-

• Candidates should be well conversant with the local language.
• Candidates should be residents of the same or nearby district/residing at the headquarter of the RSETI center.

For Faculty-

• Candidates should be a Graduate/Bsc (Agri/Veterinary/Horticulture/Agri Marketing) BA with B.Ed./ Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology etc.
  Candidates have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language is essential, fluency in English & Hindi with typing will be an added advantage.

Desirable-

• Retd. Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as
• Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.

Experience-

• Candidates should be well conversant with local language.
• Candidates should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI center.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary as under below-

For FLCC-

• The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to the last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 15,000/- p.m. whichever is lower Further a lump sum amount of Rs.500/- p.m. shall be paid towards Mobile, Conveyance etc. However, the condition of “Last Pay & Allowance drawn by the Officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc.” will be applicable only to the pension co-opted retired bank official of a Nationalized Bank and in case of non-pensioner, the candidate will be eligible only for Rs.15,000/- p.m. together with lump sum amount of Rs.500/- towards Mobile, Conveyance etc. Please note that no other benefits or charges shall accrue or be payable.

For Office Assistant-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.12000. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

For Faculty-

• The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.20000 per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

Selection Process for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
