Nimesulide tablets (19,000 tablets) and loose Diphenoxylate tablets (7.240 kg) were found and taken into custody. The powdered narcotics contained the pills of nemesulide. According to the NDPS Act, diphenoxylate is a narcotic drug with a commercial amount of 50 gm. A case has been filed under Section 8 of the NDPS Act of 1985, as read with Sections 21, 25, 27A, 28, 29, 30, and 35. They are involved in the sale of drug powder containing diphenoxylate to various states for the goal of intoxication. Further research is now being conducted.
