The Central Government has amended its GST notification to include psyllium seeds, also known as Isabgol, under Serial No. 87A of the relevant schedule. The amendment was issued by the Ministry of Finance on October 27, 2026, through Notification No. 03/2026-Central Tax (Rate).
The notification adds psyllium seeds (Isabgol) under tariff item 1211 90 13. The change will come into effect from November 1, 2026.
