Central University Recruitment 2023: The Central University of Jharkhand is inviting applications for the post of Assistant Professor on a temporary basis in Anthropology and Tribal Studies, Business Administration, Mathematics, performing arts and Political Science and Public Administration department. As per the Central University Recruitment notification, there are total 7 vacancies. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 55000.
Selected candidates will be appointed for one semester only. Selected candidates will be entitled to 8 days of leave on a pro-rata basis in a calendar year. Candidate meeting the below-mentioned eligibility criteria have to register themselves online on or before the last date. Candidates have to attend the Walk-In-Interview on the scheduled date. The last date for filling the online registration form is 20.01.2023.
As per the Central University Recruitment 2023 notification, there are total 07 vacancies for the post of Assistant Professor. The Department name and No. of Vacancies in that department are mentioned below:
Candidate applying for the post of Assistant Professor in the Anthropology and Tribal Studies department should have a Bachelor‘s Degree in any discipline and a Master‘s Degree in Business Administration/PGDM C.A./ICWA/M.Com. with First Class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Master‘s degree.
Candidates applying to Business Administration, Mathematics and Political Science & Public Administration departments should have A Master‘s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. candidate having a Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking can also apply.
Candidates applying in the Performing arts department should have Masters’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an Indian/foreign University. A traditional or a professional artist with highly commendable professional achievement in the subject concerned having a Bachelor‘s degree, who has studied under a noted/reputed traditional Master(s)/Artist(s) candidate has been A grade artist of AIR/Doordarshan candidate has the ability to explain, with logical reasoning the subject concerned; and has adequate knowledge to teach theory with illustrations in the discipline concerned can also apply.
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of one semester which can be extended as per the requirement of the university.
Candidate meeting the above-mentioned eligibility criteria have to register themselves on the official website of the university on or before the last date. The last date for filling the registration form is 20.01.2023.
Candidates applying to Anthropology and Tribal Studies and Business Administration have to appear for the walk-in Interview on 23.01.2023 and Candidates applying to Mathematics, Performing arts and Political Science and Public Administration departments have to attend the walk-in-interview on 24.01.2023.
