CMPF Recruitment 2023 for 16 Vacancies: Check Posts, Eligibility, Salary, How to Apply
CMPF Recruitment 2023: The Office of Commissioner, the Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation (CMPFO), Jharkhand has invited Applications from the Officers Eligible for Appointment to 02 Posts 1) Regional Commissioner-II and 2) Assistant Commissioner On Deputation. Aggregate 16 Posts including 08 Vacancies on Pay Level 11 and Pay Level 10 respectively for each Post.
As per the CMPF Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, Both Posts 1) Regional Commissioner-II under Pay Level 11 and 2) Assistant Commissioner under Pay Level 10 are to be filled up On Deputation. The Last Date in respect of the Eligible and Willing Candidates for Application Submission (in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma) by the Employer/Cadre Controlling Authorities under the Central/State Governments, etc., is slated to terminate on 28th February 2023 (28.03.2023) published in the “Employment News Edition 28th January to 3rd February 2023”.
As per the CMPF Recruitment 2023 Notification, both Posts will be filled under Deputation Terms.
01: Regional Commissioner-II (08 Vacancies)
02: Assistant Commissioner (08 Vacancies)
Deputation Tenure: 03 Years. The Tenure is likely to Extend/Curtailed subject to the Individual’s Performance and CMPF Recruitment 2023 Notification as per Extant Rules/Guidelines issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) from time to time.
Post-Selection Appointments on Regional Commissioner-II and Assistant Commissioner shall be entitled to the Pay Scales notified hereunder:
01: Regional Commissioner-II (Pay Level 11 of the Pay Matrix)
02: Assistant Commissioner (Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix)
The Eligible Willing Officers for the Opted Posts should have gained the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications and Qualifying Service.
01: Regional Commissioner-II:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent in any discipline from any Duly Recognized University College.
Qualifying Service: The Officers under the Central/Autonomous Bodies:
i) holding Analogous Posts on Regular Basis; Or
ii) with 05-Years’ Regular Service in Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix.
02: Assistant Commissioner:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent in any discipline from any Duly Recognized University College.
Qualifying Service: The Officers under the Central/Autonomous Bodies:
i) holding Analogous Posts on Regular Basis; Or
ii) with 04-Years’ Regular Service in Pay Level 08/09 of the Pay Matrix.
According to CMPF Recruitment, 2023 Notification Selection on the Posts of Regional Commissioners-II and Assistant Commissioners shall be carried through by way of Deputation. Only Shortlisted Officers shall be called in for the Interview/Personal Interaction.
Initial Appointments on both Deputation Based Posts notified in the CMPF Recruitment 2023 Advertisement shall be for 03 Years, which may be either extended or curtailed subject to the Requirement and subject to the Individual’s Performance.

According to the CMPF Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applications of the Eligible and Willing Officers should be routed through Proper Channel in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma, duly completed Applications of the Officer Candidates should accompany the Attested Photostats of all the Relevant Documents evidencing the Proof of Age (Matriculation Certificate), Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Service Experience, etc., are to be forwarded addressed for the Kind Attention of the Assistant Commissioner-I (Admn).
