Pay Scale under Competition Commission of India Recruitment 2023:

The Varying Monthly Pay Scales, in accordance with the Competition Commission of India Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy,  to accrue to the Officers post-Selection as Secretary on Deputation and Promotion Basis, shall remain as follows:

i) Appointment on Deputation Basis:

Pay Matrix: Level 15 (Rs.182200-224100)

Pay Matrix: Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200)

ii) Appointment on Promotion Basis

Pay Matrix: Level 15 (Rs.182200-224100)

The Payment accruing to the Officers selected On Deputation Basis will be governed by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T) Office Memorandum No 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay II) Dated 17.06.20210 as amended from time to time.

Maximum Age Limit under Competition Commission of India Recruitment 2023:

Age Limit: Not to exceed 58 Years

Essential Qualifications:

A) Appointment on Deputation Basis: 

Specific Requisite: The Officers under the Central/State Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of Department in the Prescribed Pay Level and Desirable Experience, etc.

i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the parent Cadre or Department in Pay Level 15/14 with 10 Years’ Regular Service; With

Educational Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Economics/Master of Business Administration or Bachelor of Legal Laws from any Duly Accredited University.

B) Appointment on Promotion Basis:

The Officer should be holding the Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the parent Cadre or Department in Pay Level 14 on a Regular Service in the Competition Commission of India.

Selection Process under Competition Commission of India Recruitment 2023:

Selection for all the Posts will be carried through By Deputation/Promotion.

The Period of Deputation, including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 03 Years. However, the Deputation Term may be extended up to 07 Years.
