Appointment Tenure:  The Appointment Duration shall remain 05 Years or till the Officer attains Superannuation or until further Orders, Whichever being Earlier. The Age of Superannuation stands 60 Years.

Monthly Salary under CRIS Recruitment 2023:

According to the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Pay Allowance accruing to the Selected Officials as Director shall be as has been narrated hereunder:

Pay Scale: Pay Scale: Rs. 182200-224100 (with Central DA) in Level 15 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix

Maximum Age Limits for CRIS Recruitment 2023:

The Eligible Officer, in accordance with the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, should have the Pre-Retirement Remaining Age as on the Closing Date explained hereunder:

Age Limits: Not more than 55 Years for Internal Candidates.

Not exceeding 56 Years for Internal Candidates and 55 Years for others as on the Closing Date of the Vacancy Notice.

The CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement mandated Eligibility Criteria comprising the Specific Requirement(s) and Experience in reference to the Post is available in the Appended CRIS Employment Vacancy Circular.

Employment Status: The Applicant must, on the Closing Date of Application, as well as on the Date of Personal Interaction, be employed in a Regular Capacity only “Not in any Contractual Ad-hoc Capacity in one of the following:

I) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a Full-Time Functional Director in the Board of a CPSE);

II) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;

III) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) with an Annual Turnover *Rs 1000 Crore or more;

IV) Private Sector company where the annual turnover is *Rs. 1000 Crore or more.

Note: Preference in Selection would be given to the Candidates from the Listed Companies. (* The Average Audited Annual Turnover of 03 Financial Years preceding the Calendar Year in which the Post is advertised shall be considered)

Educational Qualification(s): Any Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in the Relevant Discipline or a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from any Duly Recognized Institution.

Experience:

i) Applicants from Central Public Sector Enterprises/State Public Sector Enterprises/Private Sector should have gained Minimum 20 Years’ Experience in the Information Technology/System Implementation Domain of which Minimum 03 Years should be at any Senior Management Level in any Information Technology related Organization during the preceding 10 Years.

ii) Applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services should have in possession Sufficient Experience at any Senior Level of Management in any large organization of Repute.

Selection Criteria under CRIS Recruitment 2023:

According to the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, a Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) will fill up the Notified Director (Passenger) Post By Deputation/Absorption involving a Personal Interaction/Viva-voce. Based on the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Recruitment/ Vacancy Notice, Eligible Suitable Applicants, in case, indispensable will be shortlisted on the basis of Eligibility and Experience.

Academic Background, Professional Experience, and Exposure to Information Technology Systems including Design Development and Implementation of IT Systems/Software would be given due Weightage during the Selection Process.
