CRPF Recruitment 2023: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) releases an advertisement for the recruitment of Constables (Technical/Tradesmen). The original advertisement was uploaded on the CRPF website and published in various newspapers. The Official notification for CRPF Recruitment 2023, also refers to a recent judgment by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in several writ petitions filed by various petitioners against the CRPF and others. In light of this judgment, the Government of India/Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has granted three years of age relaxation beyond the prescribed upper age limit for all categories of candidates as a one-time measure. The age limit for the post of Constable (Driver) is 21-30 years as of 01/08/2023, while the age limit for Constable (MMV/Cobbler/Carpenter/Tailor/Brass Band/Pipe Band/Bugler/Gardener/Painter/Cook/Water Carrier/ Washerman/ Karamchari/ Mason/ Plumber/ Electrician) is 18-26 years as of 01/08/2023.
As per CRPF Recruitment 2023 official notification, the last date for receipt of online applications and online fee payment is 02/05/2023. Additionally, it mentions that vacancies for Group C non-gazetted (Ministerial posts) are being included in the advertisement, as per the direction of the MHA. The post of Constable (Daftry/Peon/Farash and Safaikarmchari (Ministerial)] is being advertised, with a total of 148 vacancies. The age limit for this post is not exceeding 28 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications, i.e., 02/05/2023. The educational qualifications required are matriculation from a recognized board/university as of 02/05/2023. The selection process comprises computer-based tests, physical standard tests, trade tests, document verification, and medical examinations.
