NWDA Recruitment 2023: The National Water Development Agency (NWDA), the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR), Ministry of Jal Shakti (MoJS), Government of India has sought Applications from the Officers Eligible for Appointments on Additional Chief Executive Officers (Canals/Electrical & Mechanical) and Director (Finance) on Deputation (ISTC/Re-Employment) Basis in Ken Betwa Link Project Authority (KBLPA) vide this NWDA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 29.04.2023. According to the NWDA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there have occurred 03 Vacancies; i.e., 01 Vacancy each for 1st and 2nd Posts Additional Chief Executive Officers (Canals/Electrical & Mechanical) and Director (Finance) under the Pay Matrix Levels 14 (Rs.144200-218200) for 1st and 2nd Posts and Pay Level 13 (Rs.123100-215900) respectively.
Based on the NWDA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, both Retired Officers (Re-Employment) And the Officers Serving under the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territory Administration/Accredited Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations duly Eligible hence with Willingness may apply through Proper Channel, wherever Application following the Advices mandated and prescribed in the Based on the NWDA Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement. The Last Date for these Officers to complete the Applications is 45 Days from the Date of publication of the Advertisement in the Employment News.

The Maximum Age Limit for Appointment on Deputation (ISTC) should not be exceeding 58/56 Years for Additional CEO and Director Posts respectively.

By Deputation (ISTC) Basis:
1st and 2nd Posts:
Specific Requirements: The Officers serving under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/ Duly Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department/Organization with Educational Relevant Experience and in the Pay Matrix Levels presribed.
On Re-Employment Basis:
Specific Requirements: The Officers retired from the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/ Duly Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department/Organization with Educational Relevant Experience and in the Pay Matrix Levels prescribed.
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering as a Subject from any Duly Recognized University;
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering as a Subject from any Accredited University
3rd Post:
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics/Finance as a Subject from any Duly Recognized University;
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Commerce/Economics/Finance as a Subject from any Accredited University
Selection for Appointment on the Additional Chief Executive Officer and Director Posts shall be carried through by Interviews. Appointment on Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) Basis will remain on Foreign Service Terms (FSTs).
The Pay and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation of the Officer(s) selected, will be regulated in accordance with the Provisions contained in the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) Office Memorandum Number 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17.06.2010, and Office Memorandum No. 02/11/2017-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 24.11.2017 and 15.03.2021 as amended from to time. The Officer(s) selected will not be Eligible for General Pool Accommodation (GPA)
The Tenure of the Additional Chief Executive Officer will remain 05 Years or till attaining 63 Years whichever is Earlier
Deputation Tenure: The Period of Deputation, including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 05 Years for the Posts notified.
