CSBC Constables Recruitment 2022: Check Salary, Qualification, Last Date, and How to Apply

CSBC Recruitment 2022: The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) Bihar, has invited Applications Online from the Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria prescribed in the Central Selection Board of Constable Recruitment Advertisement for Prohibition Constables in Prohibition, Excise & Registration Department, Government of Bihar. Selection Criteria: The Selection Process for Prohibition Constables shall consist of 02 Stages (Stage 1 Written Test for 100 Marks and Stage 2 Physical Efficiency/Endurance Test) yielding Category-wise Merit List followed by Medical Examination, Document Verification and Character Antecedent.

CSBC Prohibition Constable Examination Pattern:

Stage I: Written Examination to be held in OMR Answer Sheet will comprise 100 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions (based on Matriculation Level Subject Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social Science; i.e., History, Geography, Civics and Economics; Science; i.e., Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany; General Knowledge and Current Affairs) for Maximum 100 Marks. The Candidates scoring Minimum Qualifying 30 Marks in the Written Test will be considered to appear for the Physical Efficiency/Endurance Test for 100 Marks.

The Physical Efficiency/Endurance Test (of Qualifying nature) carrying 100 Marks shall have different Tests as follows:

a) Run/Race: 50 Marks

b) Shot-put: 25 Marks

c) High Jump: 25 Marks

Physical Measurement: 

Physical Standards laid down for the Post of Constable are as follows:
A) Height:
a) For Male (UR and BC) Candidates: Height: 165 Cm.

b) EBC/SC/ST Candidates: b) Height: 160 Cm.

c) General Category Women the Female under all Reserved Communities: Height: 155 Cm.

B) Chest:
a) For Male (UR, BC and EBC) Candidates: Chest: 81 Cm. (Unexpanded) Minimum and Expanded: 86 Cm (Minimum)

b) SC/ST Candidates: b) Chest: 79 Cm. (Unexpanded) Minimum and Expanded: 84 Cm (Minimum)

C) Weight: For males and Females: Proportionate to Height and Age as per the Medical Standards. However, any Woman should necessarily have Minimum 48 Kilogram Weight.

For Kinnar/Kothi/Eunuch/Transgender (Third Gender) The Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test Measurement will remain similar to that of Backward Class Women.
