The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration and application process for the CUET PG 2023 today, 11th May. The CUET PG 2023 entrance exam will be held on June 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

CUET PG 2023 Registration Closing Today: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration and application process for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for Postgraduates (PG) 2023 today, 11th May 2023. Willing candidates can apply and pay the application fee for the CUET PG 2023 until today only. Desirous applicants should apply fast as the NTA will provide no further extension. The NTA has already offered an extension and even re-opened the application portal after multiple requests. The NTA reopened and activated the registration link on 9th May 2023.
Candidates will have to complete the entire application process and make the application fee payment online. Candidates belonging to General Category will have to pay Rs 1000 as an application fee, while candidates from OBC/NCL/Gen-EWS will have to pay Rs 800 as an application fee. The application fee for candidates of SC/ST/Third Gender categories is Rs 750 and the application fee for PwD (Person with Disabilities) candidates is Rs 700.
The NTA will open the application form correction window tomorrow, 12th May 2023. Candidates will be able to modify their application details up to May 13th, 2023. Previously, the NTA opened the modification window from May 6th to May 8th, 2023. The application will be allowed to rectify/modify certain details during this period. The NTA will soon issue the dates for downloading the City Intimation Slip, Admit Card, and Declaration of Result on the CUET PG official webpage.
Due to a large number of candidates and multiple disciplines, the CUET PG 2023 exam will be held in two shifts over several days. The CUET PG 2023 entrance exam will be held on June 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. The exam will be held in two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The first shift (morning session) exam will be held from 10 AM to 12 Noon, followed by the second shift (afternoon session) exam from 3 PM to 5 PM.
The CUET PG 2023 examination will be conducted for two hours. All of the questions will be of the objective variety (multiple choice). The examination will be conducted online, i.e., a Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates will receive 4 marks for each right response. For each wrong response, one mark will be deducted. Unanswered questions will have no impact on overall marks. According to previous exams, the CUET PG 2023 will consist of 100 questions in total. So, the maximum score for the CUET PG 2023 is 400.
The exam’s question paper of all disciplines will have two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A of the CUET PG Exam is likely to feature 25 questions covering themes such as Language Comprehension/ Verbal Ability, General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and so on. This section will be the same for all candidates, regardless of subject discipline. Part B of the CUET PG Exam is going to comprise 75 questions covering subject knowledge of a specific domain for which the candidate applied.
