• For Senior Resident– Candidate should have Post graduate Medical Degree/Diploma or equivalent in the concerned speciality.
• For Specialists– Candidate should have minimum post qualification experience of 3yr/5yr respectively after postgraduate degree/diploma.
• For Super specialists/Cardiologists/ Gastroenterology–  Candidate should have DM/ MCh. or equivalent with a minimum 03-year post-DM/ MCh experience of performing diagnostic and therapeutic super-speciality/Cardiac/ Gastro lab procedures like PTCA/GI endoscopies as applicable.
• For Specialist Surgery– The candidate should be Expertise in laparoscopic surgeries.
• For Intensivist (ICU/PICU)–  The candidate should have additional qualification in Intensive Care/ Critical care medicine e.g. DM/DNB/Pst-doctoral Fellowship/Equivalent after post-graduate qualification in Anesthesia/ Respiratory Medicine/ Surgery/ Medicine (Pediatrics in case of PICU), with sufficient experience in ICU/ PICU.
• For GDMO for Specialties– Candidate should have a minimum experience of 01 year in the concerned speciality (Medicine. Obgyn) speciality after internship.

Salary for Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023: 

As mentioned in the official notification of Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given the salary mentioned below:

For Super-specialists/ Specialists–

• The selected candidate will get on a part-time basis at the negotiable hourly rates of Rs.1200 to Rs.1800.

For Super-specialists / Specialists/ Senior Residents-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs.140444.

For GDMO (Medicine/ ObsGyn)-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs.118033.

Mode of Selection for Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023: 

According to the official notification of Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on interviews. Engagement of the selected candidates will be done as per hospital requirements and the duties may include shift duties/ Covid19/ general/ field duties besides specialty work. No TA/DA will be payable for appearing in the interview.
