The notification clarifies the time limit within which taxpayers can file appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal against orders passed under the DGST Act. It provides certainty on the limitation period and helps taxpayers identify the applicable deadline based on the date on which the order was communicated to them.

With this clarification, taxpayers and businesses now have a clear framework for calculating the last date for filing appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal under the Delhi GST law.
