Delhi GST Department Introduces Virtual Grievance Redressal for Hassle-Free GST Registration

The Delhi Trade and Taxes Department has introduced a Virtual Grievance Redressal for Hassle-Free GST Registration. The Department introduced this by issuing a Public Notice.

The Public Notice Read as Follows:

Keeping in view the hassles being faced by the public and for the ease and convenience of all the applicants who wish to obtain GST number, the Department of Trade and Taxes has initiated a proposal for the resolution of grievances through online mode.

Therefore, all the Applicants/ Advocates/ CAs are hereby informed that virtual meetings shall be held on a daily basis (Monday to Friday except Gazetted holidays) from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm and from 03:00 pm to 05:00 pm (5 minutes slots each) through Google meet platform to resolve the grievances related to New registration applications.

All are further requested to book a slot for a virtual meeting through the link from tomorrow onwards i.e. 09.10.2024.
