Essential Experience-

• The candidate should have atleast 05 years of experience in the Planning and Construction of multi-disciplinary railway projects, including experience in land acquisition and rehabilitation of project-affected persons.
• The candidates should have extensive experience in tendering/contract management/project management, of important engineering structures, such as bridges/tunnels of domestic and international vendors, as a Project Leader.
• The candidates should have experience and knowledge of co-ordinating and interfacing with railway-related disciplines, such as track, signalling, electrification and rolling stock, etc.
• The candidates should have experience and knowledge of complying with project-related requirements of international funding institutions.

Desirable Experience-

• The candidates should have experience in the Planning and Construction of Metro/MRTS shall be an added advantage.
• The candidates should have experience in underground construction.
• The candidates should have experience in all phases of Rail based transportation projects on an international bidding contract basis, i.e., Planning, Bid Documents, Bidding, Execution Commissioning, post-commissioning, etc.
• The candidates should have experience in handling consultancy works related to Urban Rail Transport Projects.

Pay Scale for Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get a pay scale given below:

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.180000 – Rs.340000 (IDA) and other allowances/perks/privileges.

Tenure for Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be on a contract/ deputation basis presently, for 5 years, or, the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier.
