DERC Recruitment 2023: Check Posts, Age, Salary, Qualification and How to Apply
DERC Recruitment 2023: The Delhi Regulatory Commission (DERC) is hiring experienced and eligible candidates for the post of Dy. Director (Law), Personnel Officer, Private Secretary and Personal Assistant. As per the official notification of DERC Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates will be provided a monthly compensation up to Level 11 as per the 7th CPC. Candidates should have a minimum age of 30 years and a maximum age of up to 62 years to apply for the above-mentioned posts.
The engagement is made on a contract/deputation/direct recruitment basis for a period of up to 03 years. An interview and a skill test will be used to determine candidates for the DERC Recruitment 2023. For the interview, only the shortlisted applicants will be contacted. As mentioned in the official notification of DERC Recruitment 2023, candidates who are suitable and appropriate can complete the application form on the official website and send the printout of the same duly filled application form along with the necessary documents to The Secretary Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Viniyamak Bhawan, ‘C’ Block, Shivalik Malviya Nagar, New Delhi – 110017 on or before the specified date. Application received after the due date will be summarily REJECTED.
As per the official notification of DERC Recruitment 2023, applications are invited to fill the vacancy for the post of Dy. Director (Law), Personnel Officer, Private Secretary and Personal Assistant.
The required eligibility criteria for DERC Recruitment 2023 are mentioned below-
For Dy. Director (Law)-
The candidate must have a Law degree from a recognized university or Law school.
Officers holding analogous Posts on a regular basis. OR
With 3 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 10 (7th CPC)/ PB-3 (pre-revised) Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400. OR
With 5 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level – 8 (7th CPC) / PB-2 (pre-revised) Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4800. OR
With 8 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level – 6 (7th CPC) Pay Band – 2 (pre-revised) Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200.
Desirable Qualification-
The candidate must have experience in handling legal matters in a middle-level position in Central Govt, OR State Govt. OR any PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law.
The candidate must have experience in drafting statutes and/OR legislation.
For Personnel Officer-
The candidate should have a Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the Central/State Govt. or any PSU under the Central/ State Govt. OR
With 6 yrs. regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level – 6 (7th CPC) / Pay scale of 6th CPC, Pay Band – 2 (pre-revised) Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200.
Desirable Qualification-
The candidate should have administrative experience in Mana- gerial Capacity / Drawing disbursing officer in Central / State Govt.
The candidate should have sound knowledge of Service and accounts matters.
For Private Secretary-
The candidate should have a Graduate degree from a recognized university.
The candidate should be well-versed in computerized word processing.
The candidate should be Proficient in shorthand and typing.
Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Central / State Govt. OR
With 2 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level – 7 (7th CPC) / PB-2 (pre-revised) Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4600.
With 6 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level – 6 (7th CPC) / PB-2 (pre-revised) Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4200/- or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification-
The candidate should an experience working as a Personal Assistant to HoD for 05 years in Central/ State Govt. OR any PSU/Corporation under Govt.
The candidate should have a Diploma in office management and secretarial procedure.
For Personal Assistant-
The candidate should have a Graduate with proficiency in English Typing (40 wpm) and English Shorthand (80 wpm).
The candidate should have a Diploma / Certificate in Office Management and Secretariat Procedure OR equivalent from a recognized / reputed institution.
Desirable Qualification-
Three years of service in Central / State Govt. OR any PSUs of Central / State Govt. involving exposure to computer operations.
Tenure for DERC Recruitment 2023:
The appointment is made on the basis of a contract/deputation/direct recruitment basis. The period of tenure for DERC Recruitment 2023 is described below-
The tenure of appointment on a contract basis though will be initially for 03 years, but the same is subject to satisfactory performance appraisal every year within the three-year period.
The tenure of appointment on deputation is initially for 3 years which will be extendable by each year, subject to the concurrence of the Parent Department of Deputations.
For Direct recruitment, the probation period will be 02 years from the date of appointment.
The selection of DERC Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an interview/skill test. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
