As per the DMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 04 vacancies. Selected candidates will be on a deputation basis for 01 year.
As per the DMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 300000. Candidates applying for the Section Engineer job post should have crossed the age of 58 years and the maximum age limit for this job post is 61 years. Candidates applying for Direct Recruitment should be below the age of 59 years and those applying for a Deputation basis should be below the age of 55. General Manager
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience of contract management and property development at the administrative level, in the Indian Railways/Metro organizations/ CPWD/CPSUs.
Executive Director/ General Manager
Candidates should have 18 (Eighteen) years of experience at the Executive/ Gazetted level in any Central Govt. Organization, or, CPSUs in HR/ Personnel department. The candidate should also be conversant with functioning in a computerized environment. Hands-on knowledge of various computer applications, related to the job, would be desirable. The officer should be free from D&AR and Vigilance inquiry.
Section Engineer
Candidates applying for this job post should work in or retire from Level-7 (Rs. 44900-142400) (G.P.-4600 pre-revised). Candidates should have work experience in P. Way Cadre in the Indian Railways.

Pay scale eligibility criteria for the post at the Executive Director level:
Officers working in the CDA pay scale in the pay matrix at Level 15 (Rs. 182200– 224100) as per the 7th CPC, in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/Metro, including services put in on a deputation basis, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 02 years of service in the aforementioned grade, with a total of 25 (twenty-five) years’ service at the Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/Metro. Officers working in Non- Functional (HAG) may also apply.
OR
Officers working in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 1,50,000–3,00,000, in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/Metro, including services put in on a deputation basis, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 02 years of service in the aforementioned grade/pay scale, with a total of 25 (twenty-five) years of service at Gazetted/ Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/Metro.
Pay scale eligibility criteria for the post at the General Manager level:
Officers working in the CDA pay scale in the pay matrix at Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200) as per the 7th CPC, in any Central Govt. Organization/CPSUs/ Metro, including services put in on a deputation basis, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 02 years of service in the aforementioned grade, with a total of 20 (Twenty) years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/ Metro. Officers working in Non- Functional (SAG) may also apply.

Officers working in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000, in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/ Metro, including services put in on a deputation basis, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 02 years of service in the aforementioned grade/pay scale, with a total of 20 (Twenty) years of service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/Metro.

General Manager
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs. 120000 – 280000.
Executive Director
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs. 150000-300000.
Section Engineer
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 59800.
Direct Recruitment basis
The pay and emoluments shall be as per the pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time and other benefits which include Perks, Lease/HRA, Medical benefits, EPF, Gratuity and Insurance etc., as per the extant rules of the Corporation.
Deputation basis
The selected candidate shall continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable, under the Govt. of India rules.
