DoPT Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (MP&PGP), Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has invited Applications from the Officers Eligible for the Director Post on a Deputation Basis in the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) vide this CGPDTM Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 06.04.2023 re-issued for the purpose. According to the CGPDTM Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy for the Post Director under Pay Level 13 on Deputation Basis under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS). Based on the CGPDTM Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Willing Officers with Eligibility may apply in the Prescribed Application Proforma with the Enclosures through Proper Channel.
Duly completed Applications with Enclosures in respect of the Desirous and Eligible Officers may be forwarded so as to be Receivable well ahead of time before the Last Date 04.05.2023. The Cadre Controlling Authority should route the Nominations of Eligible Office through DoPT Online Interface.

According to the CGPDTM Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers of the Rank of Director Level from the All India Services of any Organized Services of the Government af India are Eligible for Appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme are Eligible for the Post.
Selection on to the Post Director (on Deputation) in the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) shall be carried through by Deputation under the Central Staffing Scheme. The Post Director will be filled up through the Civil Services Board (CSB) Procedure. The Officer selected for Director Post will be issued an Appointment on Deputation with 05-Years’ Span.
The Period of Deputation, including Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 05 Years.
