Pay Scales under Armed Forces Tribunal Recruitment 2023:

Based on the Armed Forces Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Varying Pay Scales stipulated for the Posts are hereunder:

The Payment accruing to the Officers selected On Deputation Basis will be governed by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T) Office Memorandum No 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay II) Dated 17.06.20210 as amended from time to time.

1st Post: Pay Matrix Level 13 (Rs.123100-215900)

2nd and 3rd Posts: Pay Matrix Level 11 (Rs.67700-208700)

4th Post: Pay Matrix Level 09 (Rs.53100-167800)

5th and 8th Posts: Pay Matrix Level 07 (Rs.44900-142400)

6th, 7th and 9th Posts: Pay Matrix Level 06 (Rs.35400-112400)

Maximum Age Limits under Armed Forces Tribunal Recruitment 2023:

As has been notified in the Armed Forces Tribunal Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Maximum Age Limit for Appointment By Deputation for all Posts on the Closing Date is as follows:

Age Limit: Not to exceed 56 Years with a Residual Service of 04 Years

 

Eligibility Criteria for Armed Forces Tribunal Recruitment 2023:

Educational Qualifications:

Specific Requisite:

For 1st Post: The Officers under the Organized Accounts Cadre of the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of Department in the Prescribed Pay Level and Desirable Experience, etc.

i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the parent Cadre or Department (Or) with 05-Years’ Regular Service in Pay Level 12.

For 2nd Post: The Officers under the Organized Accounts Cadre of the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of Department in the Prescribed Pay Level, Desirable Experience, etc.

i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the parent Cadre or Department (Or) with 05-Years’ Regular Service in Pay Level 10.

For 3rd to 7th Posts: The Officers under the Central Government Or State Government Or Supreme Court or High Courts or Subordinate Courts Or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies having Pensionary Benefits holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of Department in the Prescribed Pay Levels 08/07/06/04 with the Desirable Experience and Proficiency, etc.

For 8th Post: The Officers under the Organized Accounts Cadre of the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of Department in the Prescribed Pay Level 06 with the Desirable Experience and Proficiency, etc..

For 9th Post: The Officers under the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of Department in the Prescribed Pay Level 05 with the Desirable Experience and Proficiency, etc.=.

Educational Qualifications:

For 4th Post: Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B) from the Duly Accredited University.

For 6th Post: Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline from the Duly Accredited University.

Selection Process under Armed Forces Tribunal Recruitment 2023:

Selection for all the Posts will be carried through By Deputation.

The Period of Deputation, including Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 05 Years for the 1st Post.
