For Mechanical Engg-

• At least FirstClass Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 15 years of practical experience in design/ production/ integration of large Naval system.

Desirable-

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant field as mentioned in essential qualification.
  Production/design/integration of naval system/shipyard/dockyards or industrial workshop.
• Expertise in analysis of complicated solid models and complex workshop label fabrication drawings.

For Chemical Engg-

• At least FirstClass Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Min 10 Years experience in the field of design or development or fabrication of chemical plants related to hydrogen.

Desirable-

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant field as mentioned in essential qualification.
• Experience in design (consultancy services) / operation and analysis of complex packaged chemical plants for hydrogen-related areas.

For Physical Chemistry-

• At least FirstClass Master’s Degree in Physical Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Min 3 Years’ experience in Research/Synthesis of electrocatalyst materials / electrochemical systems.

Desirable-

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Chemistry.
• Research and synthesis of electrocatalyst material for energy systems.

For Chemistry-

• At least First Class Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent.

Desirable-

• Doctorate Degree in Chemistry / Physical Chemistry.
• Upto 3 years experience in Research and synthesis of electrocatalyst material for energy systems.

Tenure for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 03 years which may be extended as per the performance of the project scientist and the requirement exists.

Selection Process for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a Preliminary Online Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
