Posts Name and Vacancies DSSSB Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of DSSSB Recruitment 2023, the qualified and suitable applicants are invited for the positions of Lower Division Clerk, Junior Assistant, Stenographer Grade-II, Junior Stenographer (Hindi/English), Lower Division Clerk-cum-Typist, Jr. Stenographer, Stenographer and Asstt. Grade – I. There are a total of 2354 vacancies available for mentioned posts.

Age Limitation for DSSSB Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DSSSB Recruitment 2023, the candidates required age limit is given below:

For Lower Division Clerk, Junior Assistant, Stenographer Grade-II, Junior Stenographer (Hindi/English), Lower Division Clerk-cum-Typist, Stenographer and Asstt. Grade – I-

• The applicants must not be less than 18 years old.
• The applicants must not be more than 27 years old.

For Jr. Stenographer-

• The applicants must not be less than 18 years old.
• The applicants must not be more than 30 years old.

Educational Qualification for DSSSB Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of DSSSB Recruitment 2023, the candidates should possess the following educational qualification requirements.
For Lower Division Clerk-

• The applicants must be class 12th pass from a recognized Board /Institution.
• The applicants must have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.

For Stenographer-

• The applicants must be class 12th pass or equivalent under the 10+2 system from a recognized Board / University.
• The applicants must have a Speed of 80 words per minute(w.p.m.) in shorthand and 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in English OR 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in Hindi.

For Junior Assistant-

• The applicants must be 12th Class from a recognized Board or University.
• The applicants must have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on a Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

For Junior Stenographer-

• The applicants must be Senior Secondary (12th pass) with Hindi as a subject from any recognized Board / Institute with proficiency in Hindi.

For Assistant Grade-I

• The applicants must have Sr. Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent.
• The applicants should pass the typewriting in English with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute or in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute on a Computer ( 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression of each word.)

Pay Scale for DSSSB Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of DSSSB Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates salaries are given below:

For Lower Division Clerk, Junior Assistant, Lower Division Clerk-cum-Typist and Asstt. Grade – I- 

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of up to Rs. 63200.

For Stenographer Grade II, Junior Stenographer (Hindi/English), Jr. Stenographer and Stenographer-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of up to Rs. 81100.

Application Fee for DSSSB Recruitment 2023:

As informed in the official notification of DSSSB Recruitment 2023, the applicants have to pay Rs. 100 as an application fee through SBI e-pay. Another mode of payment will not be considered and the application of such candidates will be rejected out rightly and payment made shall stand forfeited. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, PwD (Person with Disability) and Ex-Serviceman category are exempted from paying Application fees.

Mode of Selection for DSSSB Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of DSSSB Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s selection will be based on the exam. The questions in the examination will be bilingual (Hindi and English) except for the Language papers which will be in the language concerned only.
