Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023:The Directorate of Enforcement is seeking eligible candidates for the position of Special Director of Enforcement on a deputation basis. The selected candidate will fill the vacancy in the grade EL-14 of Pay Matrix, PB-4 of Rs. 37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000, for a period of 5 years. Additionally, any vacancies that may arise during this period will also be filled through this circular. The recruitment criteria include officers of the Central Government or State Governments, Union Territory or Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory bodies, Recognized Research Institutes, and Semi-Government Organizations. As per the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or hold a selection grade in PB-4, Rs. 37,400-67,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 8700 (pre-revised) of the Junior Administrative grade with three years of regular service in the grade or above. The candidates should also possess fifteen years of experience in administrative work, including ten years of experience in the field of intelligence or investigation work and adjudication or prosecution work related to fiscal or criminal laws, finance, accounts, or corporate affairs.
It is important to note that departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion are not eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation, and similarly, deputationists are not eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. The selected candidate will be appointed for a period of five years, including short-term contracts, and the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other department should not exceed five years. As per the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023 official notification the Age of the Applicant does not exceed 56 years at the time of Application. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions in terms of educational qualification, age, and experience, etc. The selected candidate will be required to follow all government rules and regulations in force.

As per the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidate must have 15 years of experience in administrative work, including at least 10 years of experience in the field of Intelligence or Investigation work and Adjudication or Prosecution work relating to Fiscal or Criminal Laws or in Finance or Accounts or Corporate Affairs. The officer must also have an in-depth knowledge of PIRA, 1072 (since repealed), FEMA, 1999, PMLA, 2002, and other allied Arts.
