Age Limit for EPFO Recruitment 2023:

Salary for EPFO Recruitment 2023:

The candidates who are selected for EPFO Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly salary on Level 07 of the Pay Matrix [Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4600 (pre-revised).

Eligibility Criteria for EPFO Recruitment 2023:

To Apply for EPFO Recruitment 2023, the required eligibility criteria are given below-

For Welfare Officer-

• Officers of EPFO, Central/State Government.
• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR
• With 03 years of regular service in the Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-(pre-revised) {Rs. 5500-175-9000 (5th CPC)-Rs. 1640-2900(4th CPC} or equivalent failing which with 08 year regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-(pre-revised) {Rs. 5000-150-8000 (5th CPC)-Rs. 1400-2600(4th CPC}.

Possessing the following qualifications and experience-

• The candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Service/Social Welfare/Social, Work/Sociology/Psychology from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
• The candidate should have years experience in a responsible capacity in Social Work in a social welfare Department under the Central/State Government or in a recognized Voluntary Social Welfare organization.

For Junior Analyst-

• Officers of the which under the Central Govt./State EPFO failing
• Govt/Universities/Recognized Research Institution /Public Undertaking /Statutory, Semi-Govt. or autonomous organization.
• The candidate should have a degree from a recognized university or equivalent. And
• Holding analogous posts in Level-7 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs.4600/-(pre-revised) {Rs. 6500-200-10500 (5th CPC). OR
• Rendered at least 05 years of service in the post in level 6 on the scale of Rs. Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-(pre-revised) {Rs. 5500-175- 9000 (5th CPC).
• Rendered at least 08 years of service in the post in level-6 on the scale of Rs. Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-(pre-revised) {Rs. 5000-150- 8000 (5th CPC).
• Completed successfully or be eligible to undergo the advanced management service course of the Institute of Work Study or Comparable Training in any other recognized Institution.

Tenure for EPFO Recruitment 2023:

The engagement is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 03 years, as informed by the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023. The place of posting will be Head Officer, New Delhi.
