EPFO Recruitment 2023: The Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)is hiring young talented and desirous candidates for the position of Joint Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director. The applicant is required to be no older than 56 years old by the application deadline. As per the official notification EPFO Recruitment 2023, the selection process is done on a deputation basis, and the chosen candidates will be hired for a period of 05 years that cannot be extended.

In accordance with the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the qualifications and experience are as follows: For Joint Director-
Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. OR
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.
Applicants must have Eight years of post-qualification experience in one or more Database Management or Operating Systems or Network Systems of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution. OR
Applicants must have a degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.
Applicants must have Eight years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 1 year of experience should be in actual Programming.
For Deputy Director-
Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. OR
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.
Applicants must have Five years post-qualification experience in relevant areas* of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution. OR
Applicants must have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

Applicants must have Three years of post-qualification experience in relevant areas of programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in a Public Sector Undertaking Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or any recognized Institution. OR
Applicants must have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.
Applicants must have Three years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 01 years of experience should be in actual Programming.
As informed by the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the required eligibility criteria is given below: For Joint Director (SI)-
The candidates should have held analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
The candidates should have 05 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-11 in the Pay Matrix [Rs. 67,700-2,08,700] in the parent cadre or department.
For Deputy Director (SI)-
The candidates should have held analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department. OR
The candidates should have 05 years of regular service in the grade in posts in level-10 in the Pay Matrix [Rs.56.100-1,77,500] in the parent cadre or department.
For Assistant Director (SI)-
The candidates should have held analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department. OR
The candidates should have 03 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-8 in the Pay matrix [Rs.47,600-1,51,100] in the parent cadre or department.
Salary for EPFO Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification EPFO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the mentioned post will be paid a monthly salary upto Rs.209200.
In accordance with the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis, and the selected applicants will be employed for a period of 05 years that cannot be extended.
