Earlier, on August 31, 2024, Escorts Kubota had informed the stock exchanges about the matter of Deputy Commissioner of State Tax from the Begumpet Division in Hyderabad raising a GST demand. As the penalty and interest waived, the tax dues are cleared, and the matter is now completely resolved with the proceedings stand closed. The date and time of the official closure of the proceedings was June 26, 2025, according to the company.
