For Manager (Civil)
A candidate should have a full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)/ Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Civil/ Civil & Structural /Structural Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution.
For Deputy General Manager (Finance)
A candidate should be a Graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
For General Manager (Shiplift)
Full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Ship Building / Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution.
For Additional General Manager (HR)
Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full-time Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE-approved institution specializing in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work.
For Senior Manager (Administration)
A Graduate degree in any discipline with 2 years full-time Regular MBA/ PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management OR 03 years in part-time MBA/ PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM/IR/Personnel Management.
