Government Reappoints Dr.V Ravi Anshuman as Part-Time Member of SEBI The Ministry of Finance has reappointed, Dr.V Ravi Anshuman, as a part-time member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) via issuing a notification The Notification stated, "In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (l) of section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), read with rule 19A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, the Central Government hereby re-appoints Dr. V. Ravi Anshuman, as Part-Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), for a further term of 02 years beyond 20.08.2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier."
