Flipkart is hiring an experienced Manager-Ethics & Compliance at their Bangalore location. This position is responsible for supporting the Dy. CECO for establishing a strong Compliance program for Myntra across multiple subject matter areas such as Labor & Employment, Product Regulation & Safety, Food Safety, Consumer Protection, Health & Wellness, Trade, Anti-Money Laundering and Privacy using the foundation and guiding principles of Global Ethics & Compliance Management System of Walmart.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work with each subject matter expert from a regulatory area perspective within their diverse area of responsibility.
• Ensure Myntra business strategies are aligned with broader Ethics & Compliance strategies.
• Regular meetings with business stakeholders to ensure that compliance requirements are embedded in all new business initiatives.
• Driving a culture of compliance and ensure that E&C has active participation in various business meetings.
• Finalize and manage the AOP (Budget) for E&C function
• Work as an important pillar between the Central E&C program and business, define and drive the key objective of the ethics and compliance charter, work with SMEs (various subject matter experts) in Ethics & Compliance, and work with business stakeholders to ensure the successful closure of the same.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Great Stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of of legal framework
• Understanding of the e-commerce business
• 5-8yrs of exp & Education: LLB or LLM

Education/Qualification:

• L.LB. (Preferred), MBA, Any post graduate with experience in Ethics and Compliance, internal audit.

Desirable Skills:

• Internal Audit
