Fraud Case in Agra: GST Evasion by putting Fake Documents GST Evasion was carried out by planting the documents of a person living in Thana Dannahar area. The victim came to know after the case was registered in Azamgarh. After this, a report has been lodged against the unknown in Dannahar police station under other sections including fraud. Ajay Singh Chauhan, originally from the village of Ujhaiyapur Fakirpur in the Dannahar region, now lives in the city's housing development colony. He stated that he has been working as a private contractor in Delhi since 2011. He learned about 20 days ago that a case of GST evasion had been filed against him in Azamgarh for doing transactions in the name of a fake organisation. Ajay stated that he had never registered a business. This event was caused by someone misusing his paperwork. A report was filed on behalf of Ajay Chauhan at Dannahar police station. He was told that he has been working several jobs in Delhi since 2011. He presented his PAN, Aadhaar card, and other documents at several locations. Someone misused their documents etc. by creating a fake firm and carried out the incident of GST evasion. They are completely unaware of it. The police have begun an inquiry based on Tahrir by filing a case against the unknown in other parts, including cheating.
