GST: State Tax Officer confirms penalty against Dabur for expired E-way Bill Dabur India Limited pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), has informed that the State Tax Officer, Division-8, Gujarat has passed an order penalizing the company for E-way Bill Default. A penalty of Rs. 22,36,136 was imposed on the company as the accompanying E-Way Bill of one of the company's truck was expired. To secure the release of the detained vehicle, the penalty amount was paid by the company.

However, since the fault was not attributable to the company, the penalty amount shall be recovered by the company from the transporter.
