GSTAT Delhi Establishes Help Desk for Taxpayers and Practitioners
The Delhi State Bench of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) has established a Help Desk to offer support to taxpayers, legal practitioners, and departmental officers regarding matters pertaining to appeals and applications before the Tribunal.
In accordance with Public Notice No. 02/2026 dated June 12, 2026, the Help Desk is located in Room No. 350, 3rd Floor, Hotel Samrat, Kautilya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
The Help Desk will provide guidance on filing appeals, applications, and other procedural issues connected with cases pending before or proposed to be filed before the Delhi State Bench.
The facility will be available on all working days from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The following officers have been assigned to assist visitors at the Help Desk:
- Shri Ravi Kumar, Court Officer, GSTAT Delhi State Bench
- Shri Akshay, Legal Assistant, GSTAT Delhi State Bench
