EDucational Qulaification for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As per HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the educational qualifications for the post of Security Guard and Fitter in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) are different. For the post of Security Guard, ex-servicemen candidates should possess a PUC/Intermediate or SSLC certificate and have 3 years of combatant experience. Knowledge and hands-on experience in operating a computer are preferred, and possessing a driving license to drive a two-wheeler/four-wheeler is desirable. On the other hand, for the post of Fitter, candidates must have completed a regular/full-time ITI + NAC/NCTVT course after 10th standard from a recognized Technical Board before 01.04.2023. The cut-off percentage of marks to be scored by the candidates in the qualifying examination in the Fitter trade/discipline is 50% and above for PWBD candidates.

Therefore, to apply for the post of Security Guard, ex-servicemen must have at least a PUC/Intermediate or SSLC certificate along with 3 years of combatant experience. Possessing computer knowledge and hands-on experience is preferred, and having a driving license for a two-wheeler/four-wheeler is desirable. For the post of Fitter, candidates must have completed a regular/full-time ITI + NAC/NCTVT course in the Fitter trade/discipline after the 10th standard with a minimum of 50% marks for PWBD candidates. These qualifications are mandatory, and candidates must ensure that they meet the requirements before applying for the respective positions in HAL.

Salary for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As per HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates selected for the post of Security Guard (Post Code TBP(SG)-22/01) will be paid a monthly remuneration of Rs. 21,000/- under Scale-4 (B4) entitlement. For the post of Fitter (Post Code TBP(F)-22/02), the candidates will be paid a monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,000/- under Scale-5 (C5) entitlement.

The monthly remuneration for both posts includes a Basic Pay of Rs. 21,000/- or Rs. 22,000/-, as applicable, along with Dearness Allowance (DA) at applicable rates, House Rent Allowance (HRA) at applicable rates, perks at 25% of Basic Pay, and a lump sum amount towards medical expenses of Rs. 1,500/-. Additionally, the candidates will be eligible for other benefits and allowances as per the rules of the organization.

Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As per HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the advertised posts will be done through a written test. Eligible candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange or the Sainik Boards, the Ex-Apprentices trained at HAL, TTI (BC) who apply based on the initial screening and communication received from HAL will only be eligible to apply and will be called for the Written Test, subject to their meeting the notified criteria. Candidates applying for the post of Fitter will be shortlisted for the written test based on the marks secured in the Qualifying Examination. The company reserves the right to decide the cut-off percentage for calling candidates for the Written Test based on the marks secured in the Qualifying Examination. However, the cut-off percentage of marks for PWBD candidates cannot be less than 50% in the Qualifying Examination. This cut-off percentage of marks is not applicable to Ex-servicemen.

For the post of Security Guard, candidates whose names are sponsored by the Sainik Board and who have applied based on the initial screening will only be considered for the Physical Test. They have to qualify for the Physical Test by achieving the “Satisfactory Standard” of the physical parameters as indicated. Thereafter, they will be called for the Written Test. The Physical Standards include chin-ups, push-ups, bend knee sit-ups, 100 mtr sprint, 2.4 km run, rope climbing, and monkey crawl. The written test will be held in Bangalore, and the date and time of the Written Test will be intimated to the shortlisted eligible candidates by email / HAL website. The same will also be hosted on the HAL Website.

How to Apply for HAL Recruitment 2023:

To apply for the advertised posts, candidates must be sponsored by Employment Exchange, Sainik Board, or the Ex-Apprentices of HAL, TTI (BC), and must meet the notified eligibility criteria. Candidates can view the detailed notification under the careers section on the HAL website. Which will be available from 10.00 hrs. on 15.04.2023 to 11.59 hrs. on 05.05.2023. Applicants must possess a valid email ID and mobile number, which must be entered in the application form to receive important notifications regarding the recruitment process, such as the Written Test, Document Verification, Medical Test, etc.

As per HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates must apply only once, and the application form cannot be altered once submitted.
