HPSC Recruitment 2022: Haryana Public Service (HPSC) has called in Applications from the Candidates meeting Eligibility for Recruitment to the Veterinary Surgeon in the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department. Among the Candidates, those who have the prescribed Eligibility in reference to Recruitment to Veterinary Surgeons vide HPSC Recruitment 2022 Notification and are willing to submit their respective Candidature, may apply Online as per the Instructions for the Online Application Process as has been mentioned in HPSC Recruitment 2022 Advertisement.
A No Objection Certificate (in the case of those having executed the Service Bond) issued by the Haryana State Government, Experience Certificates, and (in case of the Candidates claiming the Benefit of Age-relaxations) the Proof of having worked on Ad-hoc/Contract/Work-charged/ Daily Wages Basis in any Department/ Board/ Corporation of Haryana Government.

The Last Date for all the Eligible Candidates for Veterinary Surgeons in the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department to complete the Online Application Process up to 5th January 2023 (05.01.2023).

As on 01.07.2022, the General Merit Candidates should have attained Minimum 22 Years and should not exceed (Maximum) 42 Years.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limitations for the Reserved Community mentioned in the Recruitment Advertisement issued by HPSC.
The Eligible Candidates should have the Educational and Preferential Qualifications explained hereunder vide HPSC Recruitment 2022
i) Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc.AH) from any Duly Accredited University or Equivalent Institution.
ii) Adequate Knowledge of Hindi.
iii) Registered as Veterinary Practitioner with the Haryana Veterinary Council (HVC) or with any Veterinary Council in India (VCI) or Indian Veterinary Council as required by Indian Veterinary Council Act (IVCA) 1984.
Preferential Qualifications:
Philosophiae Doctor(Ph.D.) or Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.) in Animal Genetics and Breeding/Veterinary Gynecology/ Animal Physiology or in any Branch of Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science.
In the event of Applications received in large numbers, HPSC shall adopt the Shortlisting Criteria for restricting the number of Candidates to be called for Interview to a reasonable number by taking into account
i) Percentage of Marks in the Candidates’ Essential/ii) Minimum Educational Qualifications/iii) Desirable Qualifications/ iv) Higher Educational Qualifications/v) Higher Experience/vi) Counting Experience prior to or later than acquisition of the Minimum/Essential Qualifications; Or vi) by holding a Recruitment Test.
In the event of Applications received in large numbers, HPSC shall adopt the Shortlisting Criteria for restricting the number of Candidates to be called for Interviews to a reasonable number by taking into account any one or more of the following:
i) Percentage of Marks in the Candidates’ Essential/Minimum Educational Qualifications/ii) Desirable Qualifications/iii) Higher Educational Qualifications/iv) Higher Experience/counting Experience prior to or later than acquisition of the Minimum/Essential Qualifications; Or by holding a Recruitment Test.
