HSSC Recruitment 2023: The Haryana government has announced the opening and closing dates for the submission of online applications for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) on 15th March and 15th April 2023 respectively. As per HSSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the advertisement aims to inform all 3,57,562 candidates who qualified for CET 2022 that they can apply immediately when the link for inviting online applications opens. As per HSSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the recruitment process will be as per Haryana Government Human Resource Department Notification No.42/119/2019-5GS-I dated 5th May 2022, which was further amended on 31st May 2022 and 20th Feb 2023, and Advertisement No. 1/2022 dated 17.06.2022. As per HSSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates are advised to go through the advertisement carefully and prepare the necessary documents for uploading before the link for online applications opens. Candidates must apply online well in advance without waiting for the last date of submission of the online application form. After the closing date of the application, no change/correction/modification will be allowed under any circumstances, and requests received in this regard in any form like Post, Fax, Email, by hand, etc. shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to be rejected. The last date for online application is 5th May 2023.

As per HSSC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the direct recruitment of 31529 Group-C posts will comprise of a written examination and evaluation of Socio-Economic Criteria and experience. The scheme of marks will consist of a total of 100 marks, with the written examination carrying 97.5% weightage and the remaining 2.5% weightage for Socio-Economic Criteria and experience. The written examination will be bilingual (English & Hindi) and will be conducted offline (OMR-based).
The question paper will have a total of 100 questions with each question carrying 0.975 marks. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. Candidates will have to select one option out of five options given. In case a candidate does not know the answer, an extra five minutes will be given to mark the fifth option. The total time allowed for the paper will be 105 minutes, including the additional five minutes. If a candidate does not mark any of the five options for a question, then 0.975 marks for each un-attempted question shall be deducted. The syllabus for the examination will be notified separately by the respective recruiting agencies.
