For Chief Manager– The upper age limit is 45 years.

For Manager- The upper age limit is 40 years.

For Manager (Urea Product Handling) – The upper age limit is 50 years.

Salary for HURL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be eligible for an annual increment of 5% of CTC apart from a performance-linked increment. The company provides medical insurance coverage to its employees and dependent family members over and above CTC.

Qualification for HURL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for HURL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Chief Manager under Offsites and utility department- Engineering Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical discipline with minimum 60% marks.

For Manager under Safety department- Engineering Graduate in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Environmental Engineering/ Fire & Safety/ Fire discipline\ with minimum 60% marks with Diploma in Industrial Safety from CLI/ RLI.

For Chief Manager (Urea) under Chief Manager Department- Engineering Graduate in Chemical discipline with minimum 60% marks.

For Chief Manager and Manager under the Ammonia department- Engineering Graduate in Chemical discipline with minimum 60% marks.

For Chief Manager under (Finance) department – Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA / CMA) or Two years MBA with specialization in Finance
with minimum 60% marks. (Candidates with dual specialization or General MBA shall not be eligible to apply).

For Manager under Environment and Quality Control department- Master of Science (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to Ph.D. in related disciplines.

For Manager under Urea Product Handling department- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical discipline or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with minimum 60% marks.

Selection Procedure for HURL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The interview will be held through video conferencing/online mode. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination to be conducted as per HURL Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
