IARI Recruitment 2022: Check Posts, Eligibility, Emolument and How to Apply Before Sep 30

IARI Recruitment 2022: Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) has invited Applications from the Candidates Eligible for the Posts Junior Research Fellowship and Young Professionals. The Candidates deem to having duly satisfied the Eligibility for the respective Positions, may fill up the Applications in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma and keep the Essential Testimonials handy to be carried along for attending the Walk-in-Interview. There are Total 02 Vacancies for both Posts with 01 each Vacancy earmarked for both Posts. The Last Date for Candidates’ submitting Applications stipulated is 30th September 2022 (30.09.2022) mentioned in the IARI Recruitment Notification 2022.

Note: The Applicants for Junior Research Fellow and Young Professional having Acquaintances or Near/Distant Relative(s) serving as Employee(s) in the ICAR/IARI, must declare it and accordingly communicate to ICAR-IARI in the Format through e-mail at [email protected] On or Before 30th September 2022.

Modality for Application: The Eligible Candidates with the Documents including respective Applications and relevant Documents including Certificates and Testimonials among others shall need to appear for a Walk-in-Interviews slated to be held on 4th October 2022 (04.10.2022). The Candidates appearing in the Walk-in-Interviews should carry both Applications and Essential Documents at the time of Walk-in-Interview.

Duly completed Applications with Self-attested Scanned Copies of all Documents (one PDF file only) should be submitted via IARI Email Identification.

Selection Process: Selection to the Posts of Junior Research Fellow and Young Professional shall be conducted through Walk-in-Interview and satisfying the Eligibility Criteria.

Selection-Term: Selected Candidates will be issued Appointment initially for 01 (One) Year, or till termination of the Project, whichever is Earlier and continuation will depend upon the Progress reviewed every six months by Principal Investigators.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Botany/Micro-Biology/Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Food Science and Technology and relevant Subjects with 04 Years/05 Years’ Bachelor’s Degree.

The Candidates with Post-Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences with 3 Years’ Bachelor’s Degree and 02 Years’ Master’s Degree should be National Eligibility Test (NET) Qualified.

02 Years’ Research Experience in the Relevant Discipline.

Desirable:
Working research experience in the field of Agricultural Research, Knowledge on Computers, Exposure to Multivariate Statistical Analysis Software Packages for Chemometrics.

02) Young Professional (YP): 01 Vacancy

Emolument: Rs. 25000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month)

Qualifications:

Essential: B.Sc. Degree (Botany/Agriculture/Microbiology/Life Science and relevant Subjects)

Desirable:
01) Master’s Degree in any Relevant Field will be Preferred and have Added Advantage.

02)knowledge of Computers and Data handling, Exposure to Statistical Analysis, Exposure to Microbiological Techniques.

03) Good Academic record with Minimum 55% or Equivalent. Relaxation in Marks for Reserved Communities up to 05% at Graduation Level.

*Age Limits: General (UR) Merit Merit Candidates should not EXCEED 35 Years for both Posts notified in IARI Recruitment Advertisement 2022. Relaxation in Upper Age Limits for Reserved Communities as per the Rule may be viewed in the Advertisement.
