Candidates should have a degree (graduate degree) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India, or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, in order to be considered for this position. Ex-Servicemen who, as of 21.07.2023, had served in the Union’s armed forces for at least 15 years and had earned either the Army Special Certificate of Education or the Navy’s or the Air Force’s equivalent certificate. Such certificates must be dated no later than July 21, 2023.
