ICAI issued Circular on Revised Office Hours for Republic Day 2024 Security Measures

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) issued a detailed circular informing its members and stakeholders of a change in office hours. This change is a proactive response to Republic Day 2024 security measures and is effective from January 22nd to January 26th, 2024.

The Circular Read as follows:

In compliance with the safety and security advice received from the Delhi Police Authority, the working hours of the Office of the Institute at Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110002 on the following days, will be regulated as per the details given below:

It is further clarified that in terms of the said advice, the premises will remain closed from 2.00 P.M. on 22.01.24 (Monday) and 25.01.24 (Thursday). Further, on 23.01.24 (Tuesday), the premises will remain closed till 1.00 P.M.

Employees are asked to take note of the aforementioned timings and report for duty appropriately. Employees are also recommended to be available via mobile/email during closed hours to respond to any urgent concerns that may arise.
