ICAI Releases Eleventh Edition of GST Acts and Rules
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) (Set up by an Act of Parliament) has recently issued Eleventh edition of book called "GST Act(s) and Rule(s)- Bare Law".
The book "GST Act(s) and Rule(s) -Bare Law" was launched on November 6, 2025. It includes administration, levy and collection of tax, time and value of supply, input tax credit, audit, demands, offence and penalties, liability to pay in certain cases and other related concepts/topics.
This book is helpful for Taxpayers, Business owners, Accountants and finance professionals, Students preparing for CA, CMA or CS as it will guide them to understand the GST law in a simple, clear and updated way.
This book now includes all the new GST changes that were decided in the 56th GST Council Meeting. It’s important to know the new GST rules so taxpayers and professionals can follow the law correctly and deal with any problems more easily.
