ICAI Releases FAQs on Aggregation of LLPs Guidelines, 2024

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has recently issued a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on ICAI Aggregation of LLPs Guidelines, 2024.

These FAQs provide comprehensive guidance on the ICAI (Aggregation of LLPs) Guidelines, 2024, explaining the procedures involved, compliance responsibilities, eligibility requirements, and practical aspects of implementation.

The FAQs are divided into four chapters:

1. Eligibility
2. Naming, Registration, Reconstitution, and Exit
3. Practice
4. Miscellaneous

These FAQs explain the rules in a clear and simple way so that members and other stakeholders can follow them properly.

These guidelines have been issued under Section 15(2)(fa) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, as amended by the Chartered Accountants, the Cost and Works Accountants and the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 2022.
