ICAI request MCA to waive off additional fees for filling ADT-1

This request was with regards to filling of INC-22A wherein after inserting CIN number, details of all other forms are captured by the MCA.

In the said form information of filing ADT-1 and appointment of Auditors is to be given.

During the period 1st April 2014 to 19th October 2014, form GNL-2 and not ADT-1 was required to be filed for Auditor's Appointment. Since ADT-1 was not available it was filed manually and was submitted along with Form GNL-2.

Now E-Form INC-22A mandates filing of form ADT-1 with additional fees, before filling the Active form.

ICAI has requested MCA to waive off additional fees for filling ADT-1 where form ADT-1 was was filed manually and was submitted along with Form GNL-2.
