ICFRE Recruitment 2023: Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), Dehradun, is recruiting candidates to fill up the post of Project Scientist, Senior Research Fellow, Senior Project Fellow, Junior Project Fellow, and Field Assistant. As mentioned in the Official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, there are 15 vacancies for the specified positions. The selected candidates get a Fellowship Remuneration between Rs.20,000 and Rs.78000 per month. The ideal applicant will have at least three years of experience and a master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, forestry, environmental science, environmental management, plant pathology, or microbiology. The applicant shall be appointed for 07 months and one year, or until the project is completed, and may be extended in accordance with ICFRE guidelines.

For Junior Project Fellow
Candidate should have a first-class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Bio-chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry with one-year working experience in an analytical laboratory.
For Senior Research Fellow
The candidate should have first class M.Sc in Plant Pathology/ Microbiology with a specialization in Forest Pathology and Net qualified with two years of Research experience.
For Junior Research Fellow
Candidate should have first Class M.Sc. in Forestry/ Environmental Science/Environment management Agroforestry NET qualified candidate will be preferred. He/she must have exposure to RS&GIS in the form of a project/assignment/diploma/certificate forest fire studies/silviculture practices Evidence of scientific research paper/dissertation.
