Age Limit for ICFRE Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2024, the age limit is indicated below:

• The upper age limit for Consultant 45, Senior Project Fellow is 32 years, Junior Research Fellow/Junior Project Fellow/Project Assistant/Field Assistant is 28 Years as on 01-01-2024.
• The maximum age relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, Women, Divyangjan and OBC applicants.

Salary for ICFRE Recruitment 2024:

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs.17000 to Rs. 35000.

Educational Qualifications for ICFRE Recruitment 2024:

For Senior Project Fellow (SPF)-

• The candidate should have a 1st class M.Sc. degree in Chemistry/Botany/Biochemistry/ Forestry Biotechnology /Agriculture with 2 years research experience in any Govt. organization.

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF)–

• Candidates should have a First class M.Sc. in Forestry/Environment Science/Botany/ Ecology/Environmental Studies/Ecology & Environment NET Qualified.

Desirable-

• Specialisation in climate change/Ecology/Soil Science.
• Working knowledge of computer (MS office etc.)

For Project Assistant –

• The candidate should have a first-class B.Sc. in Forestry/Agriculture/Biological Science.

Desirable–

• Working knowledge of computers (MS Office etc.)

For Field Assistant-

• Candidate should have a B.Sc. in Botany / Forestry/ Agriculture.

Desirable–

• Computer knowledge especially MS Word and Excel.

As indicated in the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2024, the mode of selection will be based on walk in interview. Registration for the aforementioned position will be done from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. After 10:30 AM entry will not be given to any candidate.
