ICMR Recruitment 2023: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is seeking eligible candidates for Project Technical Officer, a non-institutional position, purely on a temporary contract basis for its short-term project. As per the official notification of ICMR recruitment 2023, candidates will be hired for a single post, only from SC/ST/OBC category. The maximum age limit for the vacancy must not be more than 30 years as of the last date of receipt of the application. The fixed monthly compensation for selected candidates is Rs. 32,000 monthly.

As per the official notification of ICMR Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be engaged for the position of Project Technical Officer to manage the Surveillance of Foodborne Pathogens project in North-East India for a period of three years. Only SC/ST/OBC applicants can apply for the position.
According to the official Recruitment 2023 advertisement of ICMR, a candidate must have a graduate degree in Life Science from a recognized university with 5 years of work experience from a recognized institution or a Master’s degree in Life Science/Biotechnology/Microbiology. A graduate in microbiology from an accredited university is one of the additional eligibility requirements for the position along with a year’s experience working on a research project focused on mycology. He/she should have at least one year of experience working on a Mycology-based Research project.
