The role bearer will help the company to enable customers, partners, and other stakeholders to address their needs for query resolution and help as brand ambassadors for the company

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining Service Quality
• Maintaining Average Handling Time
• Maintaining First Contact Resolution
• Maintaining TAT for all customer requests
• Channel Migration to alternate channels
• Driving NPS through positive customer experience
• Upselling of identified products for revenue generation
• Adherence to the weekly schedule (Roster) published including shifts 24*7

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in gold loan sales.
