IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023: IIT Bombay is looking for dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented personnel for the post of Proj. Staff Contract. There is only 01 vacancy for this job post. IIT Bombay is searching for an energetic, experienced, and results-oriented Proj. Staff Contract. This position has only one open position.
Qualifications for IIT Bombay Recruitment are mentioned below.
Ph.D. in relevant field with 1-year project management experience.
OR
MTech/ ME/ MDes or equivalent degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
OR
BTech/ BE/ MA/ MSc/ MCA/ MBA or equivalent degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Desirable:
Progressively responsible work experience in environment, climate change, development policy or project/program management. Proven analytical skills and ability to conceptualize and write concisely and clearly.
The selected candidates will be getting a salary amount of level PR-02: Consolidated Salary of Rs 73200 + 24% HRA (If applicable) p.m.
Job Profile for IIT Bombay Recruitment are given below.
Project Management:
1. Financial, procurement, travel, manpower hiring and other management functions.
2. Coordinate & facilitate project meetings, make minutes, track action items and coordinate implementation across national and international partners.
3. Independently handle correspondence with supporting US Foundation and all participant institutes. Plan and organise dissemination workshops, stakeholder meetings/ events.
Documentation and reporting:
1. Preparation of technical reports with collation of materials from national and international partners. Independently prepare high quality presentation material, collating technical information from research staff.
2. Coordination with partner institutes, liaison with external services, preparation of research and policy briefs.
3. Any other responsibility assigned by Principal Investigators.
